He was an investment banker in London and Wall Street for some 22 years with senior roles at BZW, JP Morgan and Lehman Brothers, advising companies and governments worldwide. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics; Board member of the London Chamber of Commerce; Board member of Microfinance Club of UK; Advisory committee member of Accion and Registered member of the Financial Conduct Authority (UK).
Aritha is an English law qualified solicitor with over 7 years of experience in international finance at the world’s most prestigious law firms, Clifford Chance and K&L Gates. He has advised on over 100 financial transactions, including multi-billion dollar projects involving the world’s largest banks and institutions in multiple jurisdictions. Socially conscious individual he is the founding trustee of THINK EQUAL - a UN endorsed global education initiative teaching children social and emotional intelligence and a director of iProbono’s Justice Programme
Fiona Sadler is a senior sustainability and technical professional with extensive experience of supply chain development and management in retail and the Head of Ethical Trading at Marks & Spencer working for 20 years. She has developed ethical and technical supply chain strategies and delivered programmes for leading companies on emerging issues, combining a strong external perspective on global issues, stakeholder management and an ability to manage and influence issues internally.
Subathra is the former Head of CSR in New Look plc. She managed a global team of CSR members and she's responsible for the designing and delivering strategies encompassing ethical trade, environment and animal welfare and to craft policies and programmes. She was also external stakeholder engagement and worked closely with executive and leadership team.
Shabnam has been managing the operations in Bangladesh. She is intensely involved with the launch of the financial inclusions training programme for the first time in Bangladesh. Shabnam is a law graduate (Literally Legum Baccalaureus) and a postgraduate (Latin Legum Magister) from Bristol University (UK). She has been passionate about CSR from an early age. She has been an ethical consultant and research associate focused on the regulatory framework and moral needs governing the supply chain relationship with the South Asian manufacturers in the fashion retail industry such as Bangladesh and India. Furthermore, she was involved in numerous fundraising projects for victims of recent major garments catastrophes in Bangladesh.
